Plans to Reduce Congestion

Traffic calming measures have been implemented to tackle the congestion problems at the junction of Sea Lane and Roman Bank. This change means that south-bound traffic, travelling along Roman Bank towards Skegness, is no longer allowed to turn right into Sea Lane. Various approaches have been attempted over the years, such as changing the timings of the traffic lights. The situation will be monitored over the coming months.
